Chief’s Corner

Greetings Stratmoor Hills Fire Protection District stakeholders and interested parties. My name is David Haley, and I am honored to serve as your Fire Chief. I bring nearly three decades of Fire Service experience, leadership, and education to the Stratmoor Hills Fire Protection District. I achieved many nationally recognized certifications and skills, and received multiple awards and commendations.

It is with great pride that I present our 2025 Annual Report to you. This past year our team made significant accomplishments, which are detailed in this Report. We remain steadfast in our commitment to provide professional, skilled, and compassionate service to our residents and their guests. As we look to 2026 and beyond, our newly adopted Strategic Plan is expected to enhance our abilities to serve you in time of need.
